Display at the Doulos ship on the 28th of August 2005
By Nonhlanhla Mtiyani

It seems as if many people have realized the need of Doctors for Life in the country. This is due to the fact that Doctors For Life International (DFL) had been invited again to the Doulos ship on the 28th of August 2005. This invitation was for at table display particulary about 'Aid to Africa' during a medical mini conference arranged by MSCF. They specifically showed interest in DFL's activities in Angola and therfore time was taken to present a comprehensive video completed on one of the previous outreaches to this extremely needy country.

Seeing the way the Angola people live touched the audience. The huts they living in and how they are suffering from different diseases reminded the students of the need of doctors and missionaries in these countries. Afterwards a DFL representative, Mr. Johan Claassen, emphasized the point of casting even up to the last piece of bread you have onto the water, even though you don't know if you will get something back in return.

DFL would like to thank those who came to join the DFL membership during this presentation.
